Data used in the app

• Location (optional): Used to suggest nearby parks and location-based alerts if enabled.
• Notifications: Used only for alerts you choose to enable.
• On-device preferences: Watchlist, display settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

Data we do not sell

Magic Pulse does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for third-party ad profiling.

Third-party services

• Wait and park operating data: ThemeParks Wiki.
• Weather data: Apple Weather via WeatherKit.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.

This website

The marketing site may load a live wait snapshot from our API. That request is read-only and does not require an account. Support form submissions are handled by our form provider (e.g. Formspree) only when you choose to submit.
